Khawzawl Wildlife Division

                Established on 6^th Oct., 2008, Khawzawl Wildlife Division comprised of Murlen National Park in Champhai District and Lengteng Wildlife Sanctuary in Champhai and Saitual District. As the name of Division indicated, Khawzawl Wildlife Division work on protection of Wildlife, Development of habitat in this two Protected Area, Eco-development activities is also carried out in the fringe villages of this two Protected Area.DFO.pdf

                Administration setup : Khawzawl Wildlife Division is created on 6^th Oct., 2008 vide memo No. A.11018/1/2006-FST   Dt. 06.10.2008 and declaration as head of office and DDO was made under Rule 14 of the delegation of Financial Power Rule 1978.
