"ORDER

No.B.31018/1/2024-DCSO(KZL): Whereas report received indicated that some Filling Stations (Retail-outlet) under DCSO Khawzawl indulged in black-marketing and malpractices.

Notice is hereby given that such mal-practices are clear violation of Section 3 (4) (5) & (6) of the Motor Spirit and High Speed Diesel (Regulation of Supply, Distribution And Prevention of Malpractices) Order 2005 notified by Govt. of India and Section 5 & 6 of the Mizoram Motor Spirit And High Speed Diesel (Prevention of Malpractices in Supply And Distribution) Order 1992 notified by the State Govt. of Mizoram, punishable under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act 1995.

Notice is also given to Filling Stations under DCSO Khawzawl that henceforth necessary steps shall be taken for cancellation of their license against defaulters of the above mentioned orders."
